The large number of partners, as well as the nature of the project, makes it advisable for the teams to meet every 6 months, 6 times altogether (2 per school year) during the project duration to meet the project needs at its different stages. This time span provides a perfect amount of time in between meetings to make significant progress on the project tasks and ensures adequate control of the project progress. It is important for all the partners to attend these meetings, so the 10 partners will be represented in all the meetings.

All the project meetings will provide the international team with a unique perspective of the cultural diversity in Europe, and the field of adult education.

• FIRST YEAR
  
  • October/November 2019 Kick off meeting in Slovenia:Since the camera shooting of the videos will be done during the meeting in Spain (the coordinating organization) for practical reasons, the first meeting will take place in Slovenia. This is a partner with a great experience at organizing this kind of events. The main objectives of this transnational meeting will be:
    - Creation of an international project team and presentation of all the organizations.
    - Discussion of all the project issues planned for the first semester of the project (research/training on the latest flipped instruction trends and innovations, topics addressed on the videos, accessibility of materials, dissemination plans, staff training, elaboration of materials...).
    - Instructions from the coordinator in regards to general project procedures (presentation of documents, budget issues, etc.)
    - Supplemental activities relevant to the topics addressed in the intellectual output.
  • April/May 2020 Second project meeting in Spain: As we said before, among other objectives, this meeting will be used for video shooting so that the quality of the images is the same for all videos. For this purpose, it will be necessary to extend the meeting up to 5 days. If necessary, the partners might finish the filming in their countries and send the images to the coordinator after the meeting, and after they have learnt how to shoot with the same quality standards. The specific objectives of this transnational meeting will be:
    - Follow up, discussion and evaluation of the issues in progress and coordination of the teams.
    - Presentation of reports by the different teams.
    - The partners will bring and present the materials that they have elaborated for the video shooting (scripts, etc.)
    - Video shooting.
    - Supplemental activities relevant to the topics addressed in the intellectual output and the transflipped classroom learning community.
• SECOND YEAR
  • September/October 2020 Third project meeting in Germany. The main objectives of this meeting will be:
    - Coordination of the teams, evaluation and discussion of different project aspects. Presentation of reports by the different project teams.
    - Presentation of the videos once edited by the Spanish team.
    - Planning of the video testing and guide elaboration.
    - Supplemental activities relevant to the topics that will be addressed in the trans-flipped learning community.
  • April/May 2021 Fourth project meeting in Czech Republic. The main objectives of this meeting will be:
    - Foundation of the trans-flipped learning community.
    - Presentation of the final videos, after the testing period.
    - Coordination and discussion of different project issues such as the guideline progress.
    - Supplemental activities relevant to the topics that will be addressed in the trans-flipped learning community.
    - Evaluation of the project progress and presentation of reports by the different teams.
• THIRD YEAR
  • September/October 2021 Fifth project meeting in Lithuania. The main objectives of this meeting will be:
    - Coordination of the teams in different project aspects such as the registration of students in the trans-flipped learning community, as well as trans-flipped instruction implementation procedures within the learning community.
    - Evaluation of the project progress and presentation of reports.
    - Supplemental activities conducive to a better understanding of the topics addressed in the transflipped learning community.
  • April/May 2021 Sixth project meeting in Bulgaria. The main objectives of this meeting will be:
    - Evaluation of the overall project progress and sustainability.
    - Presentation of reports by the different teams, including reports on job shadowing activities.
    - Presentation of the guideline.
    - Agreements on the multiplier events calendar and procedures.
    - Supplemental activities relevant to the topics addressed in the learning community.
